Nigeria forward, Anthony Nwakaeme is confident that his Israeli club,  Hapoel Beer Sheva will make history in this year's UEFA Europa League competition
The Israeli champions were drawn against Turkish champions Besiktas in the Round of 32 and Nwakaeme who was instrumental to the Camels triumph at the expense of Southampton on match-day six in the group stages, says anything can happen.
“Besiktas are a tough side, but we will not be pushovers,” Nwakeame
It’s going to be tough, but we have players we can count on to go through.
"It was an historic feat for us qualifying for the next round of the Europa League because against all odds, we beat Inter Milan and Southampton to one of the tickets.
"We had two wins, two draws and two defeats which was enough to get us through to the next round.
"Now we have to maintain this form and continue the good run in the next round."
Nwakeame who has bagged seven goals in the Israeli league also hopes he gets a call up to the Super Eagles in 2017.
He adds: "Hopefully, I will get a chance to feature for the national team someday."
